How it works

Three steps happen without you. The fourth one is yours.

  1. 01 — Connect

    One URL, pasted once

    Install Dash, open the AI connection screen in your Shopify admin, and paste the connection URL into your assistant. The screen watches for your assistant to arrive and tells you when it lands.

  2. 02 — Ask

    Describe the page

    Say what you want in plain language. Your assistant writes the page in Liquid, using your own products, and uploads any images it needs to your Shopify Files.

  3. 03 — Look

    A preview inside your theme

    You get a link that renders the draft in your real storefront theme, exactly as a shopper would see it. Send it to whoever signs things off. It expires after 24 hours.

  4. 04 — Publish

    You say when

    Publishing is the only thing that changes what shoppers see, and it only happens when you ask for it. Schedule it, unpublish it, or roll back to any earlier version.

Capabilities

What your assistant can reach.

Write
Create a page from a description and edit it as many times as you like. Each edit is a new draft; identical content is recognised and doesn't pile up as a duplicate.
Version
Every version is numbered, dated and attributed. History is append-only, so version 3 always means the same content — and rolling back doesn't erase what came after it.
Preview
Any version can be opened inside your live theme without being published. Preview links are never cached, never indexed, and stop working after 24 hours.
Publish
One version is live at a time. Schedule a publish and an unpublish window, take a page down without losing it, or point the storefront back at an earlier version.
Assets
Images, stylesheets and scripts upload to your own Shopify Files and come back as CDN URLs. They stay visible in your admin, and they survive uninstalling Dash.
Settings
Page title, URL handle, SEO title and description, and whether your theme's header and footer show around the page.
Stores
One connection can cover every store you have access to. Once it covers more than one, your assistant has to name the store on every call — matched exactly, never guessed.

An assistant with write access, and no way to surprise you.

Nothing publishes itself

Your assistant can write and preview all day. Publishing is a separate, explicit step, and it's the only one that changes what a shopper sees.

Nothing is overwritten

Every draft is kept. If a change was wrong, the version before it is still there, whole, and one instruction away.

Your theme, your domain

Pages are served at your own storefront URL, inside your own theme — header, footer, analytics and all. Nothing is hosted on somebody else's domain.

Two permissions, that's all

Dash asks to upload files and to serve pages on your storefront. It cannot read customers, orders or payments, because it never asks to.

You can see who's connected

Every account whose assistant can reach your store is listed with the last time it did anything. Revoke any of them from your admin.

One switch turns it all off

Regenerate the connection URL and every client configured with the old one stops working immediately. Uninstalling ends access outright.
